Happy Lunar New Year 2009!

Happy moo year everyone!! I spent quite some time doing spring cleaning, and end up non of my relatives went into my room. So cool. Should have just left everything alone, and locked the door. Easy peasy. LOL!!

CNY feels somewhat different to me this year. Probably because there’s a lot of work to do, backlogs to clear, and a whole lot of other stuffs on my mind too. Raymond and I are so stressed up that unknowingly we’re clenching our jaws so tightly when we’re sleeping, until we somehow subconsciously know what we’re doing and we wake up. The other day I even bit my lips till it bled a little in my sleep. It’s the first time such things happen to me. Find it kind of amazing that I knew what happened and I had to wake up, even though I was already in dreamland.

So for the CNY this year, all I wanted was for the days of visiting to pass quickly. Only then I’ll have time to do work properly. In fact the whole idea of visiting relatives and “bai nian” feels like a chore to me this year, which is really very sad. Sigh. I hope next year we’ll have ample of time before CNY to finish clearing all our backlogs so that we can properly enjoy the festive season. Hook pinkies ok? 🙂

This is my messy room. I hardly have time to clear/clean, since most of the time I’m at Raymond’s busying with work. Tsk. Bet if Guan lim is reading this, he might be rolling his eyes since he thought I have a lot of free time on hands watching MTV Channel 51. Muwahahahaha! Listen to songs only okay, don’t anyhow anyhow say. =p

I think this red Prawn Candy is already extinct right!? I used to eat it when I was very young! But I cannot remember how it tastes like anymore. Best thing is, when I quickly snapped a picture of it, i actually forgot to keep the candy to eat!

Naughty 6 years old from Raymond’s line of relatives.

Time for a quick picture!

Raymond with the 5 months old baby. It was my first time carrying a baby. My goodness. It feels like carrying a gigantic piece of marshmellow cos they are so soft! Their fingers and nails are so tiny, but when they start grabbing things, it seems like they’re using all their might and energy to hold onto it. They’re so strong! Sometimes they’ll laugh and smile suddenly, so I always wonder what’s on their mind. Hmm…

I can’t wait for our beloved couple G & J to have one!! Hiak hiak hiak hiak!! Then instead of playing Wii at their place, we can play with the giant “Marshmellow”!! Muwahahaha! Luckily Raymond and I wished them “zao sheng gui zi”, “tian ding zhi xi”, “feng zi cheng hun”, and everything applicable for having kids. Hehehe! Thanks for having us over! Everytime when it comes to eating, I’ll forget about snapping pictures, so end up we don’t have any pictures of our gatherings! Hmm… Ok, exercise soon! =p

I love sports Part 2

Weeee! Second day of the shoot for sports council. Raymond’s skin is now burnt like the color of a BBQ tomato. So dark and brown and crispy. Few days later, his skin will be like a reptile, slowly peeling and peeling. Then our dog will have lots of “takopachi” to eat already. O_O”

Here’s the pics from second day of shoot! Enjoy!

Cycling is one of my favourite activity! No climbing of mountains pleaseeee. But Raymond will be sure to drag me along if we have the time for mountain climbing.

Warm up.

Wah I love her expression!

And his expression!

Bet he’s very good with doing the Limbo Rock!

SO HIGH!! O_O”!

I think he jumps like a kangaroo!

I like.

I like too!

I forgot what is this called, but this is one of the section I dislike most during my PE days in school.

Running wrong direction already? Quite amusing to me cos of the arrow direction.

Do stretching also so happy.

SO HIGH AGAIN!! O_O”

Muwahahaha. So interesting!

I like this one too!

And this!!

Flowerrrrrr.

That’s all! It’s only after looking through this series of photographs that I realise that sports and games are such fun things to do! See how much they enjoyed themselves in these photos! Besides maths and economics, the next subject I dread most during my school days is PE – Physical Education. YUCKS!! I don’t know why I dislike it so much then. Maybe because the teachers always made us run and do yucky things which I can never do, such as sit ups. 😦

If only PE was more on sports and games like these. Then I’m sure I’d have enjoyed all my PE lessons.

Alright, got to go! Byebye! 🙂

I love sports!

Some pictures to share! Keeps our dear readers entertained while Raymond and I slog our ass off. Oops, so crude. 😛 I guess we ought to be thankful that we had 4 hours of sleep last night. I can imagine our friends and relatives patting our heads when we go visiting (not sure if we have the time to!) because with the dark eye circle, we look as cute as the Pandas… If not… CUTER! =_=”

This is Eleanor. Raymond’s nai-ma’s (nanny) hmm.. grand daughter or something. I forgot! 😦

I think she looks pretty sweet. 🙂

I like this. Someshow this angle of her reminds me of the Hong Kong actress “Li Zhi”.

E for Eleanor!

One of my personal favourite too! 😀

Must not only drink more, but must eat more too!

That’s 15 pictures I picked to blog. 🙂

Now for something Raymond shot for Singapore Sports Council for the winners.

I find this one a little funny because I don’t understand why the coach has to put his hands there, since I don’t know how to swim anyway. Wahahaha!

This is the lifeguard!

Swimming must be one of the most taxing exercise… Scaaary..

Ping Pong!! I can never hit the ping pong ball with the bat! I don’t know why… I have no problem with badminton though.

Maybe this coach can tell me why. But unfortunately I wasn’t there during the shoot. Stuck with tons of photos and admin work to do.  Otherwise I would have asked him a lot of questions.  😦

I’m sure we can exchange a lot of pointers, and I can even flash him my trademark Ping Pong cheeks as a return for his time!

I think he’ll be really happy, since it’s ping pong related anyway. Hehehe.

I believe this is the Wushu section already.

He look so young and promising!

Give me 4 dollars or I’ll punch you in the face.

Give me 5 dollars or I’ll poke you with my sword. Muwahahahaha! I cannot stop laughing at my captions! 😛

Here’s the Bowling coach and he look so chummy with the students.

I’ve never tried bowling before, except for the Bowling game on Wii at Guan and Jes’ place. =_=”

Basketball was one of the sports I personally dislike. First of all, the ball is too big for my hands. Secondly, I’m too short for the game. =__=”!!

I like this picture!! Because it looks like the Basketball Coach is being photoshopped in, but it’s not!! 😀

Fencing coach. I used to like fencing, even though I’ve not tried it before.

Reminds me of knight in shinning armour.

Taekwondo! So cool!

I love this picture too!! The coach looked soooo serious and charming. =X

When will we have the time to take up all these sports and activities?? 😦

Raymond is out for shoot again, and it’s for the Sports council winners too. There’s a total of 60 winners I think. He’ll be so totally exhausted today. Byebye! 🙂

Evil Wee

Hor hor!! I was looking through Pei Yu and Wee’s wedding photos, and I saw something which is very naughty of Wee to do during one of the candid group shots after the dinner banquet! Most of the people were doing innocent rabbit ears, or some showing us how 6 and 5 and 3 looks like with their fingers, and Pei Yu was showing us how the number 12 looks like.

But Wee……. initially he was showing us how the innocent 11 looks. But I guess during the last picture, he couldn’t resist pretending to be goody two shoes anymore! He flashed a number 11, but in the most evil way anyone could ever show. So funny! Hahaha! I wonder whether the rest did noticed him doing that or not. If Raymond were to do that, I’d have collected a dollar from him as a fine! And the money goes to our “Housing Fund” or the “Wedding Fund”.

*evil laughs*

I haven’t finish looking through actually. Just that I tend to “work backwards”, skip here and there, work in batches by batches. Hehehe.

Byebye!

Kuan Wee and Pei Yu

As promised, here’s a quick preview of Kuan Wee and Pei Yu’s Actual Day wedding! Just the morning session though. Hehe.

I know this in Mandarin!

Peek-a-boo!

Everyone busy with their own duties.

THAT’S THE BURGLAR!! Burglar must mask himself so that other people cannot identify him!

Hiak hiak hiak! I’m gonna steal a gigantic siew mai!!

Green balloons….?

Yucks. I hate bittergourd.

Yawns… so early must wake up already… I’m… so…. sleepy…..

This is Pei Yu getting ready for washing up… NOT! Wahahahaha! I think this picture is a real classic too! 😀

More weird balloons.. I noticed the sisters all have pretty nails.

Yucky and gross mixture beyond words. Bet Wee hates it like mad.

Don’t be deceived by the look of it. Colorful and innocent, looks very sweet and every kid would want to have a piece, but no… don’t even try! Later you’ll know why…

Horhor, you all park at the handicap lot! Must tell tudung auntie already. Kekeke.

Fuwah, Wee looking all bright and cheery!

Gang of brothers.

The storm is brewing…

The beginning of the nightmare.

Why are all of them laughing so hard??

These are mahjong tiles by the way. The brothers were supposed to use chopsticks and pick out winning tiles.

OoOoOoh.. Bikinis.

This thing look so unglam! Muwahahahaha!

This looks so unglam too! The sisters were good man!

Hi, I’m so cute and delicious. Would you pick me and have a bite?

Scrutinising the suspicious looking colorful trick kid tart/pie/puff/cookie.

Wee took a bite….. and…..

He spat it out on the ground!! MUWAHAHAHAHA! Pei Yu’s parents had to clean up the place. But that’s after the Jack Russell went over and lick up most of it away. He’s so cool!

And then, Wee broke the lipstick. Alamak, cannot be so “chor lor” hor!

O_O”!

Wee looked sooo happy! 😀

All the sisters are soooo slim!

Pei Yu stranggling Wee? LOL!

I like this color.

Actually I like all the car series. Hehehe. And most important of all, Pei Yu you rock my socks! First time Raymond and I witness the bride driving! Really refreshing! You go girl! I must get my driving license soon! Wahahaha! 🙂

SO CUTE!!! 😀

I think it’s impossible to not pick up calls or sms on the wedding day. Hmm…

I think this stunt looks very familiar. Look like the birds Raymond shot during our melbourne trip last year! The Flying Matrix stunt! Wahahahaha.

How about this one? The Happy School Boy!

Hey look, if you go over to the Siew Mai Burglar and Boo him in his face, I’ll give you a piece of whatever tart/cookie/puff/pie the pretty jie jies prepared in the morning for Wee korkor to eat. I think it’s nice cos got Chocolate. You like chocolate right? Ok, go!

*Nods head, crawled over, and BOO-ed*

Pei Yu’s mummy cried!! =\

I think Pei Yu must be her precious daughter and she must be so proud of Pei Yu.

Either that, or she’s feeling really happy for Pei Yu cos she married a good man who does household chores such as washing the toilet. Hehehe.

That’s all to share for now! If you guys want to have a good laugh and listen to what was happening during the gatecrashing, do pop by Lighthouse Studio’s blog and have a look at the express highlights they did for Kuan Wee and  Pei Yu’s wedding. Ming Song has done a great job with the video, and I was actually looking forward to it when he jokingly asked if he could bunk in at Raymond’s place the previous night before their wedding. Hahahaha! Catch up soon ya? 😀

Video found here – http://video.lighthousestudio.sg/2008/12/31/wedding-video-of-kuan-wee-pei-yu/

On a side note, honestly, I’m not even 1% done with my spring cleaning. I’m in deeeeep trouble! O_O”!

Bye guys! 😀

– Angeline
