Our Aussie Pictures turned mouldy in Flickr

The Lunar New Year passed so quickly, with the speed of 0-100 in 2.3 seconds. Oops! Maybe some of you don’t understand what I’m talking about, because recently I enrolled myself for the Class 3C driving lesson at Bukit Batok Driving Centre (BBDC), and I got engrossed with different types of cars in the market, their fuel efficieny level and the pick up speed etc. Hehehe. I dragged myself out of bed early in the morning, got myself lost after alighting at the Bukit Gombak MRT Station because the BBDC Map was really unfriendly to me that fateful morning. Imagine wasting 4 hours to travel there, travel back, and to queue for enrollment plus attend briefing. =_=”

Actually I have yet to take my Basic Theory Test, because I just enrolled. Will be learning from the school instructors instead of private. Tsk, because Manual will be very hard to pass, I think! Have to remember the gear numbers, the brake and then don’t know what. I think I will “die car” many, many times. Either that, or I’ll jam brake here and there during the lesson and make the instructor puke all over the place. Hmm… Maybe I’ll make a real pretty Vomit Bag as a gift for my instructor on my first lesson. Muwahahahaha!

It’s actually good to acquire another set of skills, and this way I can also be the chauffer for Mr Raymond Phang! Sometimes he gets so stressed up with work, he thinks of nothing but work when he’s driving on the road. Then he’ll make a wrong turn, missed an exit, or got horn by other vehicles. Sometimes he needs me to talk to him non stop to keep him awake while he’s driving. So I guess it’s a bonus if I can drive too! I quite like the Fiat Panorama. Hehehe. Very big, looks like a van/Kangoo, with very big side mirrors. Or the Golf GT!! Or the Suzuki Lapin! Hehehe. But unfortunately, we’ll be stuck with what we have now for another 10 years or so. Economy not doing good, we have to be very, very frugal since everyone is cutting budget but our cost still runs high. Yucks! :(

Anyway, let me continue on our Aussie Trip which happened last November!! That was like sooooo long ago, and I cannot even remember the details anymore! :(

We drove to another town, which I forgot the name. Could be Port Campbell or something. The town was soooo dead silent, no moving cars on the road, and we hardly even see any soul on the streets, except for 2 or 3!! O_O”!

I can sleep on the road without worrying about oncoming vehicles, because there’s absolutely non at all!

Raymond is happy! :D

See, the shops were all closed for the day, and it was still pretty early.

Eeeeerie…

Public toilet??

This image reminds me of a dumpling. =_=”

2 rare souls..

The library is actually an information centre… If i’m not wrong… but it was closed!

So after studying the map, we decided to look for a hotel in another town to stay for the night. We found Mecure Hotel, and it was quite comfy. After which we went to look for Chinese Restaurants, since his parents cannot do without chinese food. Both father and daughter touching same side of the face! So interesting!

Dad: Mmmm?? Why is this thing pointing at me??

Daughter: Hiakz! See you still dare to look elsewhere when I’m talking to you or not!

Dad: Okok, I very scared, I shall pretend to be good and listen to you.

Daughter: *Smirks*

And they pretend to look at the menu together. Hehehehe.

Good morning, from Mecure Hotel!!

Raymond’s bed is soooo messy as compared to mine right?? :D

I don’t quite like toilets with dim lights. See, the bathtub area is so dark!

Ready for the morning! We decided to look around for breakfast, and if there’s enough time, shopping! :D

They sell really colorful Indian cloths and outfits! They also have sexy outfits to wear for Belly Dancing. Kekekeke. But no, we didn’t buy any because Raymond refused to wear them for me. =_=”

Shop which sells a lot of golfing kits! Raymond’s sister and brother in law are really into Golfing! I feel like trying it one day, but I’m scared I will break my back when I swing to hit the ball. Hmm… Maybe I’ll just stick with playing Wii Golf with Guan and Jes. :P

Eat breakfast must take out beanie!

Yup, we were at Malaga Restaurant! The owner was really nice and friendly, not to mention very accomodating with our breakfast request! :D

Oh no. Where’s my jaw line?? O_O”!

Ok, now we can see a bit of jawline here. But Raymond said my mouth is too big.

I had to cover up and make it smaller.

Then Raymond said it’s too small! I got turned off and so I covered it up instead. :P

Wei, not ready you snap for what?

Some very kind soul took this for us. I look so tiny…. Then… Now I’m humongous like Michelin!! =_=”

The surrounding area.

I wonder how the inside looks like…

Unglam moments of a photographer! MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Please eat more so that the jeans get sooo tight until there’s no empty space for your undies to be seen! :P

Chinese Restaurant again~

At the Salvation Army store. A pair of shoes for AUD$3.

Lots of clothes and bags.

Souveniers for our dear friends.

I had to roar because the very, very, very nice Fish & Chips store behind me was closed for the day!!! They had a Melbourne Cup event I think… So sad!! They placed a notice outside their shop to tell customers that they’ll be back at a certain time. We waited and waited, end up they were back, but decided not to open for business! :(

We were at Anglesea!

Now travelling off to another destination along Great Ocean Road, but stopped for a quick snap!

I took this, and I like it very much! :D

So i had to take more…

And more! I like the color combi and the plant. Hehehe.

At Urquhart Bluff, where people gets bluffed. And guess what… I got BLUFFED!!

Winding puking roads.

This is where I got bluffed. We were at a really far distance from this shoreline, really far and high up on the mountain area. They told me they can see people skinny dipping and sun tanning in nude. I was really excited, so I quickly took out my dummy camera and snapped! But I got bluffed, because non of what they said was in the picture. Humph!!

Looks like Sir Stamford Raffles?

A squat down version, cos stand too long legs will tired. Hahaha.

While Raymond was taking group photos at the front, I caught this sneaky act.

Okie, that’s a lot of photos to share! There’s still truckloads more to come! We’ll be travelling to the Lighthouse (not Lighthouse Studio..kekeke. bleh!) where they ganged up against me and made me do obscene poses and snapped pictures of me!! I feel so traumatised just thinking about it. But I had my revenge, so it’s not that bad. Hehehehe. Till next time then! Byebye! :D

Aussie Trip Part XYZ minus Z

Hello world! I’ve had my fill of Tang Yuan today! I had 3 with peanut fillings, and 2 with red bean paste fillings. So I’m 5 years older today, which is like 18 years old! YAY! Finally I can watch movies rated with M18. :D

I think Raymond will puke out his Tang Yuan when he reads this. MUWAHAHAHA!

Okie, back to Aussie trip!

Snapped this picture of a Mr Marshmellow Man. Can you figure out where’s the eyes and the mouth?

Since Raymond’s parents have to eat Chinese food, we’ll always try to find places selling Chinese food. Chinese food there is really expensive! A bowl of plain white rice cost us $5 Aussie dollars! O_O”!

I’m having my Japanese Curry Chicken Bento set! I didn’t want to eat the KFC or Mad Jack (Burger King?), and other western stuff that day. So I went Jap!

So nice the packaging!

Got rice, got my favourite veggie – Mr Brocoli, FRUITS, and the Curry Cheeken! There’s even nice tau pok and disgusting carrots. I like my meal that day. I don’t really take spicy stuff, but Japanese curry is supposed to be not very spicy. This one was acceptable! Kinda miss it now… Hehehe.

Next we went off to the Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm! Uncle Phang looking at what? Spidey? Grapes?

Some plucking hints… No use also. Cos when we reached there, they said we’re not allowed to pick them. It was drizzling, and the entire field was muddy. Most importantly, it’s not the strawberry season. So sad! We picked the wrong period to visit Melbourne. I wanted to watch Super Gigantic Whales swimming up and down, but the Whale Watching period is in September. Oh well…

The Lovebirds. We ventured into the field for pictures only! Just to show that we were there. =_=”

A group photo!

Next we went to Ashcombe Maze & Lavender Gardens.

Mr Tin Man at the entrance welding a sword.
“You better make your way out of the maze before we close for the day! Or else… I’LL POKE YOUR INTESTINES & MAKE THEM INTO CHAR SIEW BAO!”

Snapped the water droplets. So cute!

We were in the maze already. Kept going the wrong direction, ended up getting a little lost.

But everyone was having so much fun.

“It feels good to get lost in the maze!”

As for me… I followed them like a blind sheep. Hey, that’s the jacket I wore. Very cute right? I bought it for $10, and it’s really nice to wear. Furthermore I thought since we didn’t bring our laptop along, it’s best that I wore this jacket cos I can still check my Inbox! Muwahahahaha! But I forgot to bring outbox, so couldn’t reply the many emails.

The flies there were such good models! They’ll settle themselves down quietly, not move any inch and let you snap at will.

If you’re still unable to find your way out, ask charlie! =_=”

The Lavenders…

Close up.

Gotta put your nose close to it to sniff~ But make sure you don’t sniff too hard, else the bee will fly into your nostrils.

The Papa & the Daughter.

Hmm…

Can you make out the character? It’s the name of the place.

Next we flew off to catch the Ferry.

Queenscliff – Sorrento Ferry. That’s why we missed the colorful beach huts!! Raymond wanted to stay there for a night, snap some nice pictures.. but we had to rush for the ferry.. Too bad..

Surroundings..

Hey I didn’t drop those crumbs! Not me!

That’s how the inside of the Ferry looks like. We parked our car at the basement level, climbed the stairs and sat here. They sell snacks and drinks inside, and there’s also a toilet.

I was snapping pictures like this, then Raymond came along and snapped too. His version is nicer, so I post this one up instead of mine. My angle not wide enough. So sad.

I carried on snapping this. Like it abit. :D

Then we risked our lives and went upstairs.

The wind was sooooo strong that I’d have flown away if I didn’t held on to the railings properly.

I’m also very grateful to my mum’s very heavy shoes. They made me feel a little more stable to walk around. They’re so heavy that without anything to hold on to, I was able to stand alone there for a picture.

More pictures!

Our ding dong snow caps. So farnie~

Oh no, not very flattering!

Reaching the jetty soon. No smoking~

Our one and only kissing picture! Very precious one. Kekeke. *Blush*

What’s the next destination that we’re gonna travel to? Is it gonna be scary? Filled with danger? Eeeeeewww… we’re so scared! Stay tuned for the next episode of Aussie Trip Part XYZ! :)

Tomorrow I’ll dig some pictures Raymond took for Evolve Mixed Martial Arts and share with you guys. Very cool, and we quite like how it turned out actually. Hehe. Can do a google search and have a look at their website if you’re interested in Muay Thai, or Jiu Jitsu kinda martial arts. Hehe. Byebye! :D

Adventure with Guan & Jes!

Raymond and I were pretty excited yesterday because we sneaked off to Malaysia with Guan Lim & Jeslin for makan! Muwahahaha! When Jeslin SMS-ed me that they’ll be arriving to pick us up in 15 minutes’ time, my heart was racing real fast, and it felt like I was going to meet my husband who has just returned from overseas after 5 years of seperation! Hahaha! Yea! It’s that kind of excitement!

We double checked our pockets before rushing out to meet them. Passport, wallet, IC, phone, dummy camera. That’s the beloved couple! Hehehe. I secretly snapped a picture of them while waiting for the lift.

Along the way, I saw a lot of giantic trucks like these. I snapped, while Raymond kept himself busy by filling in the “White Card”. He took quite some time to fill in, and before we knew it, we’ve reached the Customs!

Ta-dah!! Customs!

I think this is pretty cool! I find their body language somewhat amusing to me. It’s like they’re very stiff, and.. I don’t know how to explain. =\

And that’s us fooling around behind!

We dressed down, and I wore like some rowdy kid from don’t know which dustbin. =_=”

Fuwah! Guan Lim has been a really good driver! He managed to get us around Malaysia, and also got us back safely in one piece! =D
The driving instructor must have given him full marks for his driving test. Hahaha!

That’s Jeslin, the advocator of SK-II, and Soo Kee Brilliant Rose bling bling.

We went to some shopping malls to get stuffs for Jeslin, while Raymond and I got nothing. =_=”. Then Guan Lim led the way and brought us to this ulu place!

FOR MAKAN!

Quickly parked the car, and somewhere near the entrance, we can see Monkeys in the cage. Small monkey looking at me, Big monkey being snobbish.

I find the place pretty nice! And along the roads, I saw a couple of run down buildings which I thought was really nice. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to snap, because either I was too slow or too lazy to start up the dummy camera. Hehe.

Kelong! It’s my first time setting foot on a Kelong! You guys didn’t know right. Hahaha! So I was pretty excited, I snapped and I snapped!

Fresh seafood!

Pretty sky with interesting Light Bulbs.

I don’t know what is this, but it looked like some marine creature with a shell. =\

Lots of other shell creatures, which I don’t eat. Hehehe. Raymond eats them like crazy though.

Many many boats like this around.

I wonder whether is it safe for them to live at the Kelong. =\

The lady seemed to give me a feeling that she’s feeling unhappy and she longs to leave the place. =\

More boats.

The lady who took our Order. Oh, by the way they don’t serve 100 Plus, so if you want to drink 100 Plus, please bring your own next time.

Stilts? I was worried that some wood planks might break & we’ll all drop into the sea. But luckily we did not, and that only means we’re still pretty light weight. Hahaha! Must eat more!

I don’t know what’s the name fo this, but I find it interesting, yet disgusting at the same time. It grows itself onto anywhere actually…

Like this! Eeeeew!

I like the nettings.

And the shape, although it’s nothing special… =_=”

I like the fan, and the ceiling! I always like to take pictures of such ceiling. =D
But it’s a little scary at the Kelong, because the whole place was floating on sea and moving up and down, left and right, and then you can hear the creaking sound coming from the top. Quite scary, because I keep having the feeling that the entire ceiling will drop and hit us.

Sun setting soon.

Focusing intensely on the subject.

Urgh!! Should have composed the picture properly! Now there’s a black dot thingy on the right. =(

Raymond looks like he has some China doll hairstyle here cos of the Shadow casted on his head. Hahaha~

Algae?

Boss.

He sure looks like it!

General view through the window.

Pretty like this too, but as usual, there’s flaws.

Feasting time! We had 2 crabs – 1 salted egg & 1 steamed, 1 super big fish, 2 prawns – 1 drunkard prawns & 1 cereal prawns, kang kong, rice, tiger beer, coconut drink, & 2 coke! Total added up to around RM300+.

The king kong kang kong. Spicy!! I only had a tiny little stem to test the spiciness. I guess Guan Lim was more pro than me since he can tahan this evil Spicy king kong the Kang Kong dish. I supposed it must be a heaven for Raymond since he’s a fan of chilli, curry, and spicy stuffs.

Peanuts! Why we didn’t feed the monkey with peanuts?

Chinese parsley! Focus should be on the crab instead what! *Faints*! This is the salted egg crabbie. Nice nice nice!! Initially I was a little skeptical, cos I don’t eat salted eggs. But when I pinched a green bean size of the meat and placed it inside my mouth, it totally changed my perception of Salted egg crabbie! Tasted quite similar to the Creamy Crab Raymond and I had in Singapore. Cool ah! The other Steamed crabbie was equally good! Both the meat are fresh and tender, unlike the crabs I had the other time with a Client which made me felt as though I was eating the Crab’s World Champion Body Builder! The meat was soooo hard that I had to spend a lot of time digging and eating it.

Personally I’m not really a fish eating expert, so any fish with a lot of bones would tend to turn me off. Cos when I was young, I had a lot of bad experiences with eating fish. I got choked many, many times, and it’s really not a good feeling at all. Super unbearable, you cannot swallow it down, neither can you cough it out. It’s really stuck somewhere inside, and I remember I kept crying whenever that happened. I started to totally avoid eating fish. My mum would force me to eat fish by painstakingly tearing up the meat to make sure there’s no bones inside, but I’d secretly throw them away when she’s not looking. So evil right? Sometimes when she fry the tiny little kuning fish, the gravy would temp me to try the fish. I’d ask her to pick the bones for me before I eat. But whenever I discovered 1 single bone be it thin or thick, long or short, I’d freak out and scoop the meat aside. Now that I’ve grown up, I tried eating fish. With my bare hands, I’ll pinch and press and squeeze and knead and poke the meat to make sure there’s absolutely no bone at all, before I put it inside my mouth and chew it very slowly. At least I’m eating fish now!

Oops, digress again! Oh well… the fish we had was acceptable, with some bones. Juicy and tender, but I prefer the one we had at Changi Teochew Kitchen the other time. Wah, super miss the cai bo & the gravy of the fish! Yum yum!!

Cereal Prawn. The rest of the dishes didn’t snap because I was too hungry already! Must pacify my stomach first. Hehe. The cereal prawn was not too bad, except I’d wish that the cereals had more flavour. Otherwise everything else was good! And they’re really generous with the amount of cereals they throw in with the prawn, unlike some places in Singapore whereby the Cereals seemed like Gold Flakes – very expensive so can only give you a teaspoon serving of it. If you request for more cereals, they’ll give you another teaspoon serving. =_=”
The drunkard prawns was really good too! The size of the prawns are actually not very small you know. But like all dishes, it’s best if you can eat them while they’re piping hot, especially the soup. Maybe next time we can bring Guan Lim & Jeslin to a place where we can have nice Drunkard Prawns + Lobster Soup + Creamy Crab + Oyster and all the yummy seafood!! Muwahahaha!

Agar Agar, & fruits! I picked the colorful one. =p

Fruits to explode our stomach, and to feed the monkeys (if you cannot finish the fruits).

Our stomach exploded when we ate the fruits, so we decided to share some of the fruits with the Monkeys. Big monkey was really snobbish, he took the satay stick to bite, and threw away the fruits!! Small monkey was clever and good, he picked up the fruits on the ground and ate, while trying to be careful not to incur Big monkey’s wrath.

One of my favourite shot of the day! Hehehe. I snapped this while I was squatting down at the edge, observing the mouldy algae-ish things growing onto the sides.

No group photo, because everyone was too full to remember anything about group photo after the meal!! Oh no, Raymond and I are seriously hungry now. It’s currently 2.50am. He’s rushing to clear the backlogs, and I’m blogging here with tons of other miscellaneous stuffs to do. Glad he’s clearing the backlog pretty well, and I can’t wait to share more wedding pics soon!

Aussie trip… I wonder when can I finish the update. 1 more hour to MacDonald’s Breakfast timing. YAY!

*Grits teeth and endure the hunger pangs*

Byebye! :D

A very, very long entry.

Raymond and I have been very, very busy recently. He’s now in a shoot actually, and I’m stuck in front of the computer looking through gigazillion number of pictures! Yesterday I spent the entire day sitting infront of the computer looking through Alvin and Angela’s wedding pictures until my head almost split themselves into pieces. So I had no choice but to take a breather by doing something else that doesn’t require me to sit infront of the screen. On a side note, I took up Qigong lesson! Hahaha! I wanted to sign up for the Taiji Quan lesson, but very unfortunately the registration date closed before I could do anything. Oh well… I hope Qigong is fun! Maybe I can chop watermelons into half simply by using my pinky. HAHAHA!! But I believe it is definitely beneficial to health. :D

Raymond took this with his webcam while I was waiting for my turn to have the CT Brain scan at SGH the other time. I was really upset that day and feeling really emotionally unstable. Come to think of it now, I’m getting a little upset again because the Insurance company rejected my claim for the bill, which is not cheap. End up I have to pay the bill myself. The head hurts, injection hurts, and then the heart hurts. =(

Oh well…. it was my first time having a brain scan. I didn’t expect the nurse to poke the IV plug into my hand. I thought it’s merely a scan, so why the need? The feeling ain’t nice at all, especially when the radiologist injected some very stinging chemical into my body during the 2nd scanning. It’s worse than a million ants biting. Then your whole body from the tip of your head to your toes will feel hot. I think even my hair and nails felt it too. HAHA! Also there’s like a weird smell coming from the machine or something. For a moment I thought I was BBQ-ed.

Enough of the sad experience, here’s some happy ones! Raymond took some pictures for our beloved Mascot – Baileys the wonder dog! Took this when he was doing the setup test shoot for profile shot of weixin.

Hey sexy, my name is Tonight. You can call me tonight. *Wink*

I feel so humiliated… they forced me to pose like that just now… *weep in silence*

Oh? No lah, I was merely acting… It’s true!

See how I love her?? Kissy kissy!

Actually I’m forced to kiss her just now…. I’m so humiliated… *enduring the humiliation*

Have to pretend that I love her and give her more kisses…

Sigh… I’m so sad…

*Frowns*

*Wonder when will they let me go…*

*Okay! Last one!!*

Hahaha! That’s our very naughty Chihuahua! You should have seen the mess he created whenever he’s angry. Very cute, but very naughty at the same time. We got him when he was 3 months old… now he has grown sooo big already! He’s 9 months old now! =D

Alright, more pictures from our Aussie trip! I wonder when can I finish sharing about the Aussie trip. Eeeks!

We went to Amaze’ N Things! It’s like a much bigger version of our Singapore Science Centre.

There’s a mini golf adventure range, and we tried our luck at it! We have around 20+ holes to complete I think. And Raymond lost most of the time to his brother in law. Wahahahaha! There’s even once when he hit the ball and it flew across the fence to the outside area near the roads!! Faints.

Very interesting clock! And it’s big! Best choice for people who like big and fat things, like me. Hahaha! I wanted to get this as a gift/souvenier, but then I thought better not. You know… the chinese belief… *shrugs*

We spent quite some time playing the puzzles and games.

And all the puzzles are available for sale at their gift shop. But I guess we can find them in Singapore too. =\

Games…

And more games! You’re supposed to use all these blocks to form the shape of a Pyramid.

Magic mirror.

Siblings!

Ah, this Gravity Room is the best choice for people who want to experience the feeling of nausea! I was inside for less than 10 minutes and the feeling hit me.

The slope is really steep! Have to be extra careful when you walk.

Optical illusion.

Very, very steep slope too! After this picture, I was stuck at where i was standing, because everyone went out to see the picture they took on the camera! =_=”. My shoes were too slippery so I couldn’t really move without support.

Husband and wife.

So fierce!! O_O”!

This is another killer. We have to walk across the bridge with hands over our head or something, and try to balance ourself by not falling or walking to the sides. Actually nothing is moving, except the images flashed on the walls of the tunnel. The images kept spinning around, and it makes you feel really dizzy, as though the whole bridge is swirling left and right.

Room of the thouuusand mirros. It’s a maze!! We have to make our way out, without any help. Hahaha! A lot of times I even knocked my head into the mirror because I thought it’s a path out!

Serving dish number 1 – Monkey Brain!

Serving dish number 2 – The world’s most delicious ice cream cake with chocolate frosting and pudding.

Nudist beach! Hahahahaha!! I think non of them even bothered to peep inside the hole, except for me! :p

But when I peeped inside, I felt cheated and disappointed. Hahaha!

Then we went outdoor to have a go at their maze.

Raymond the sneaky fella.

The evil Pirate.

Ta-dah! The maze!

Not very hard to find our way out…

Next we went for fishing! But by the time we reached there, they were already closing for the day. So sad!

I like this pinboard! I think it’s really nice and unique! Didn’t buy it back though, cos I thought it’s a little expensive.

Went back to the Motel. The husband and wife slept here, while Raymond and I took the smaller room inside.

We were watching TV, and having a board of directors meeting. Had to plan for the future.

Raymond has a big round butt! Spank spank!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!! They were having fun I tell you!

Then they got high… Real high…

I couldn’t bring myself to snap pictures of their doings anymore, so i excused myself to snap the bathroom.

The toilet for peeing and pooing.

And our room! Not bad actually, because there’s a bed warmer for everyone! :D

Small little closet, and a small little TV, which we didn’t utilise because we prefer watching TV together under one roof, so the one outside is our premier choice.

Eh Raymond! You’re supposed to be part of the discussion and planning team! Why are you watching TV??

As a punishment, I decided to follow him sneakily and snapped him while he’s doing some business. OOOPS!! Hahaha! I think if I were to become a wedding photographer, you’ll see 80% of shots of similar nature. So… lucky i’m not! Hahahaha!

That’s the name of the Motel we were staying at Phillip Island. Next entry, we’re going to Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm, and Ashcombe Maze & Lavender Gardens! Byebye! :D

Melbourne trip… further updates!

Wow, it is soooo windy outside right now! I’m feeling a little cold, and that reminds me of the coats I wore in Australia. I FORGOT TO COLLECT THEM FROM THE DRY CLEANERS!! *Faints*!! I hope they haven’t burn my clothes away. Must remind myself to collect them tomorrow. =_=”

Continuing from where we left at the Nobbies Centre, Raymond and his sister Serene studied the map carefully, planning the next route and destination.

Why so serious?

The sun was really strong during that particular period, but it was really windy at the same time.

On our way, we saw some moomoo cows. So we stopped by for me to take a picture of them! But they were standing here and there across the field, and I had a hard time calling them to gather for pictures.

I promised they’ll look pretty on my camera, but so sorry, I chopped off the legs here. Hmm… But I kinda like it anyway. Hahahaha!

So after much shoutings, some of them finally decided to move. Some were already standing in line, and those were the obedient ones.

But the most obedient were the trees!! Look how neat they were standing! I like it very much!

Okay, now we’re starting to see some groupings here. Maybe they thought I wanted to play a game with them, or wanted to take group photos.

Good moomoos! But that extreme left one is a little bit blur. I kept asking it to stand closer to the others, but it just couldnt understand what I was trying to say.

It’s alright, I let it be, and when I said my “One… Two… Three!” it turned away and looked over to the other side!

I got a little annoyed, and screamed that if the moomoo refused to look into my camera again, I’ll make sure Raymond finish eating all the grasses on the hills. Only then it decided to be good and listen to me.

Don’t know why they tend to glue each other in pairs, but group in 3s scatteredly.

Philip Island Chocolate Factory!!

Weird plants. Looks like the brush we use to wash and scrub the insides of a milk bottle.

Inside the male toilet.

Raymond said when you aim for the circle, the words will appear. So amazing!

Group photo~

Eeyer, next time we must follow and do what they do. Casual and formal means the same to them.

Fish and Chips!

Supposed to feed pelicans, but the Pelicans knocked off at 12pm. So sad!

Some door i spotted while I ventured away alone, and the rest were busy doing their stuffs.

Look what I found! A piece of very big dung. I even went close enough to get this shot. Hahaha!

Okay, it seems that she ain’t any bit impressed at all.

Close up.

So moody…

Birdie no moody…

Practising how to ride a horse??

I’m more subtle. Hahaha.

So sunny.

My mum’s shoes.

I think this is interesting. I forgot to touch them to feel whether these are wood chips or something else.

I’ve got an extra leg!

Interesting plant! We can see a lot of them growing all over the grass patch.

Look at their roots! So amazing that they’re not like normal plants, growing from the roots up. This plant grows sideway, in a circle!

Pretty dainty right?

And while I was asking Raymond to take a picture of this for me, something reeeaaally bad happened. I didn’t dare to snap this myself cos of the evil birdies hovering all over across the sky.

I got Raymond to take a quick snap for me, and guess what. He had a piece of scallop, which happened to be the last one, the biggest, juiciest and a super fresh one! So while he was snapping, the evil birdies sneaked an attack on us and snatched his scallop away from his hands!! THEY WERE SWIFT LIKE LIGHTNING!! My goodness!

And i think they swallow their food. The scallop was gone in matter of a few short seconds. Raymond was sooooooooo upset about it!!

Oh well, it’s alright. We’ll have a chance to eat the next time. So he snapped more pictures of his dad.

So cute hor?

We continued our journey, and arrived at our destination. Greeted by a Reptile…

Then a gigantic shark! This is a real one, and they preserved it until now.

Some pictures of it when they caught the shark many years ago.

Now it’s all wrinkley already. You need SK-II my friend. HAHAHA!

Very nice and friendly parrot!

Koala bear! So cute so small! I was hoping to carry one since I missed the chance to carry one in Brisbane 10 years ago. But unfortunately the ranger told us that the state law doesnt allow us to. I think Brisbane is the only place where we can have a chance to carry the koalas. =\

It’s alright… I carried a WOMBAT instead!! SO CUTE!

This one is only few months old! I think 3 or 4 or 7. But it’s already soooo fat and squashy and heavy!!

I think the Wombat forgot to clean itself after poo-ing.

More reptile. This one is huge! And it’s shedding skin.

Ah, Kangaroo fell down!! HAHAHA!

Some were huge, some were small. I was really intimidated by the big one, so i decided not to feed any of them.

His dad did a lot of feedings.

More feedings..

Not forgetting to look to the side for a side profile shot.

The Kangaroo really was a good model.

More feedings… feed until very happy.

Then the big one came!!

Okay, no choice gotta feed, else kena boxed by the big one.

Oei, enough already hor!

No more!

The dungs. I think they look like coffee beans, and immediately I thought of Guan Lim & Jeslin when I first saw it. Hahahaha.

Ahhh… Life is wonderful.

Wallaby?

So cute!!

Sneaky Koala.

Aww… Wallaby “playing the flute”.

Wah, wallaby angry, broke the “flute” into half.

More wallabies.

This one is the outcast one. :(

So skinny and fragile…

Even the color looks very different from the rest. Look at that pair of sad sunken eyes. So depressing one…

And don’t see this parrot is so cheerful and sweet.

The parrot loves it when people come and visit, accompany and give it a lot of pats.

Voluntarily sticks out the head. But guess what… it only has a leg. Really! It’s not the case of that evil cunning birdie. This one is really a one legged Parrot. My heart turned sour when I saw how it used it’s beak to grab hold of parts of the cage to move around so that it can get closer to us. :(

Then we moved off to Penguin Parade. The folks went back while we stayed for the parade. Cos they’ve all been to Melbourne before, and they’ve also watched the parade, so they didn’t want to join us. Oh well… the wind was reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeallly strong, and I was wearing 5-6 layers of thick clothings but it didn’t help at all. While waiting for the penguins to come, the evil birdies dropped white bomb at Raymond. MUWAHAHAHAHAHA!! Luckily I didn’t get anything from them.

Oh the penguins were reeally extremely adorable! Sooo small and tiny, and I really wish I could bring one home! But I know they’ll suffer if they come to Singapore. Unfortunately we were not allowed to take picture, not even NO flash photography, not even videos. So.. no pictures to share. :(

Alright,  we’ll travel to the Amaze N Things the next morning, and more pictures soon!

Backlogs backlogs backlogs. :(

Lots of ♥,

- Angeline
